What to report:

Injuries involving a player, manager, coach, umpire, volunteer or spectator that requires the administration of first aid.  Generally speaking, this is anything that requires more than a band aid.

AND/OR

Interaction or conflict involving a player, manager, coach, umpire, volunteer or spectator that creates an unusual or prolonged disruption to baseball activity (game play, practice etc.)


When to report:

Submit incident reports online within 24 hours of occurrence.  The Safety Officer will forward this information to the MLL President & Vice President, Division Convener and Umpire in Chief (if an umpire is involved), as well as Provincial/District Safety Officer if required.


Important note:  if you are unsure of whether or not an occurrence warrants an incident report, it's always best to err on the side of caution and submit one.
