6 ninety minute sessions of skills development on Saturdays from January 24th to March 7th.
Focuses on development of the fundamentals: throwing, catching, hitting and fielding.
All experience levels are welcome.
Rookie level Winter Skills will be coached by parent volunteer coaches.

| Introducing: U19 Winter Skills! |
Winter
Skills: |
8 two hour sessions held on Sunday evenings.
Sessions will focus on strengthening core skills across all areas of the game, including game play awareness, positional development, and overall endurance.
U19 level Winter Skills will be coached by volunteer coaches. |

We are pleased to offer two programs for Winter Ball this year!
Players can choose to register for the Winter Skills Program, Pitching Clinics or both. |

Winter
Skills: |
8 two hour sessions of skills development on Saturdays from January to April
Includes intensive development of hitting, fielding, catching, base running and game scenarios.
The program will see a higher coach to player ratio and smaller groups for gymnasium sessions from previous years.

Pitching
Clinics: |
5 two hour pitching clinics on Saturdays starting mid April to mid May
Includes multiple focused one on one bullpen sessions as well as group pitching skills development.

| The Winter Skills and Pitching Clinics are coached by paid professionals. Returning and new coaches all have elite baseball experience with the Carleton Ravens and other Canadian baseball programs. |

Players participating in both Winter Skills and Pitching will need to register for each program separately.
